Entry Level Quality Associate

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Quality Associate to join our fast growing company. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards by performing inspections, data collection, and quality audits. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in quality systems, compliance standards, and precision measurement tools while contributing to the production of safe and reliable products. Responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision of the Quality Manager to ensure compliance with all relevant Defense & Aerospace Quality Standards.
• Support implementation of complex Quality Plans and support Internal and Third-Party Quality audits.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to quality issues, collaborating with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions.
• Document inspection results accurately, prepare reports on quality metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• You will learn how to perform quality audits effectively within a regulated environment and receive extensive Quality Training..
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy during inspections and data collection.
• Good communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
