Quality Inspector

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Quality Inspector and play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance within our manufacturing environment. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your keen eye for detail, mechanical knowledge, and expertise in quality systems to uphold rigorous quality standards. You will be instrumental in inspecting, measuring, and verifying products to meet regulatory, legal, and customer expectations, fostering continuous improvement and excellence across all production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming components, in-process builds, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges,
  • Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical drawings to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Inspect soldering to ensure compliance with standards
  • Collect data systematically during inspections, document findings accurately, and generate detailed reports for quality management review.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions aligned with quality systems standards.
  • Support calibration schedules for measuring instruments to maintain measurement accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D.
  • Proficiency in using precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges,
  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documents accurately.
  • Familiarity with regulatory/legal compliance standards relevant to production environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for conducting dimensional measurements and quality inspections effectively.
  • Basic math skills necessary for data collection and analysis during inspection processes.
  • Ability to assist with quality audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within a structured quality management system.
  • Excellent communication skills for documenting findings clearly and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Eon Instrumentation, a leading Defense and Aerospace contractor is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team. This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support corporate legal functions, ensuring compliance, facilitating legal processes, and managing critical documentation. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for legal administration to help drive our corporate initiatives forward. This paid position provides a platform to develop your legal expertise within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, export license applications and other corporate documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research on corporate law, regulations, and relevant case law to support ongoing projects and compliance efforts
  • Manage corporate contracts and other documents to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of sensitive information
  • Proven paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department with familiarity in handling legal administrative responsibilities
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret legal documents and identify pertinent information quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
  • Excellent writing abilities to produce clear, accurate legal documents
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Previous experience handling confidential information with discretion while maintaining compliance with privacy standards
