Corporate Paralegal
Overview
Eon Instrumentation, a leading Defense and Aerospace contractor is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team. Duties
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, export license applications and other corporate documents with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on corporate law, regulations, and relevant case law to support ongoing projects and compliance efforts
- Manage corporate contracts and other documents to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of sensitive information
- Proven paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department with familiarity in handling legal administrative responsibilities
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret legal documents and identify pertinent information quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
- Excellent writing abilities to produce clear, accurate legal documents
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines
- Previous experience handling confidential information with discretion while maintaining compliance with privacy standards
Bachelor’s Degree Required

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Quality Associate to join our fast growing company. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards by performing inspections, data collection, and quality audits. Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of the Quality Manager to ensure compliance with all relevant Defense & Aerospace Quality Standards.
- Support implementation of complex Quality Plans and support Internal and Third-Party Quality audits.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to quality issues, collaborating with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions.
- Document inspection results accurately, prepare reports on quality metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will learn how to perform quality audits effectively within a regulated environment and receive extensive Quality Training..
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy during inspections and data collection.
- Good communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
